Steve is a Construction Management executive with over 15 years of experience in the transit construction field managing teams of contractors, consultants, and staff through over a half billion dollars of capital projects.  Projects under his management include track replacement, signal upgrades, substation upgrades, support facility rehabilitations, station renovations, and new station construction. 

 

In addition to managing CTA’s capital projects, he is a liaison for the Authority with sister agencies planning and constructing infrastructure including CDOT, CDA, CDWM, MWRD, and PBC as well as private developers working around CTA’s infrastructure.

Steve is a graduate of Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering with an MBA from Elmhurst College.
