  • Pop-ups are permitted on the floor areas surrounding the table but cannot extend more than 2' into the aisle nor in front of your exhibit table area.


There are two links on this page where you can download the Exhibitor Package.  A Show Kit, containing the conference rules and regulations will be available after October 30, 2023 and will be forwarded to each registered exhibitor.

Payment and Guidelines to Register Everyone Working Your Table
Payment for your exhibit space can be made easily through our official payment processor, PayPal, through the link below.  Prices include a small online convenience and processing fee.  Or, you can download the Exhibitor Package and mail your payment to the address provided. All payments must be received before you can set up at the conference.
Whether you pay online or mail in your payment you MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
  1. ​Complete the Exhibitor Commitment Agreement and EMAIL it to:  This is the only way for us to know the details about your organization.  THIS IS A MUST!!
  2. Go to the top of this page and click the link: "Everyone Registers Here". This means everyone who will work at your table.  Remember you can only have two working the table.   
  3. Please pay close attention to these next instructions.
    • As you register each person working your table, under the section "Select Which of the Following You Are", you select "Exhibitor". 
    • Next you will see an area to enter a PROMO Code which each person working the table will need to enter to continue. This code can only be obtained by calling the Conference Director, Suzanne Stantley at 773-885-0693 or by emailing her at
    • Once you receive the code, enter it into the PROMO Code section, hit the "Apply" button (THIS IS A MUST), once done, you can complete the registration.  Sorry for the inconvenience, but it would be imprudent to list the codes for any one to see.
How to use the Cart.  Click on the area above the words "Add to Cart" to see the available options.  Select the exhibitor pricing based on the type of organization you are, either corporation or government. Or, you can select job fair. You can also add meal packages to your order if you want to add on additional members of your team.   
If you are selecting multiple items, select the 1st time and add it to the cart.  The PayPal page will open in another window.  Return to this window and add the next item and add it to the cart.  Once you've added all items to the cart, you can check out.  

Use of this button is relegated to those occasions when an amount needs to written in. It is only to be used when an adjustment is needed to a prior payment. Its use must be coordinated with CIC management.
