Private Engagement Sessions are private meetings with representatives from participating firms and agencies. These meetings allow participants to obtain information on how to do business with the participating company or obtain information on programs and services offered that could be of benefit to your business.
These are introduction meetings, come ready to make a strong, positive impression.
Private Engagement Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available to FULL CONFERENCE PASS registrants OR those who purchased Private Engagement Sessions.
This is a unique opportunity to meet with many firms about how you can do business with them.
Appointments are limited and available based on when you registered for the conference.
These sessions run in the afternoon.
You can book up to 3 appointments.
At the scheduled time, you will meet with a representative in the Private Engagement Session area. Directions will be provided upon your arrival at the conference.
You should bring business cards and if possible, a one-page capability statement to each session (optional). Ask questions and be ready to answer questions about your company.
Each session can last 10 minutes.
Other agencies may also participate, if so, this information will be available on-site.

If you fail to arrive on time for your appointment, it may be given to someone on site.
We will try our best to ensure that firms who agree to participate in the PES show up, but if for any reason the representative is not available for you to meet me with, the Construction Industry Conference holds no responsibility for their inability to be available. We will attempt to accommodate you with another organization who may have availability on site.
