Morayma Da Silva is a licensed In-House Counsel in the state of Illinois. Mrs. Da Silva created the EEO & Diversity Supplier Contract Compliance Department of the company. She is responsible for the compliance of all the state and federal multi-million dollars construction contracts across the nation.

 

Mrs. Da Silva is a member of the EEO/DBE Illinois Road & Transportation Builders Association Committee and member of the American Contract Compliance Association. She is committed to the principles of the Affirmative Action and Equal Employment Opportunity of the company and always looks for ways to improve participation of diversity and disadvantage businesses in public and private projects. WCC Compliance Department have been recognized multiple times for its outstanding EEO and Disadvantage Business Enterprises Participation Program.
